Reducing overpopulation by implementing a comprehensive spay/neuter programs to control the community cat overpopulation. And in parallel provide immediate shelter, medical care, and rehabilitation for stray adoptable cats. Also work towards increasing the number of successful adoptions into loving, permanent homes. And promote the responsible cat guardianship and humane management of community cat colonies through public outreach and education.
